Sagar Software provides website development, mobile app development, and custom software solutions. The specific deliverables for each project will be outlined in our communication or proposal.
Our payment terms are strictly as follows: No advance payment is required to begin consultation. A 50% payment is due upon approval of the demo/prototype. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final delivery. Payments are non-refundable.
Upon full payment, the client will hold the rights to the final website or software code delivered, excluding any third-party libraries or our core proprietary frameworks used to build the solution.
Sagar Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
