Key Payment Terms
- No Refund Policy.
- No Advance Payment Required to Start Discussion.
- 50% Payment Required upon Demo Approval.
- 100% Full Payment Required upon Final Delivery.
1. No Refund Policy
Need to be explicitly clear: We do strictly enforce a
No Refund Policy. Once a payment is made for any
service (Website Development, App Development, or Custom Software),
it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Payment Schedule
We believe in building trust first. Our payment schedule is designed
to ensure you are happy with the progress before you pay.

Step 1: Discussion (Free) - We discuss your
requirements and confirm the package. No payment needed.

Step 2: Demo (50%) - We build a demo or initial
version. Once you approve this demo, a 50% payment is required to
proceed with full development.

Step 3: Delivery (Remaining 50%) - Upon
completion and final review of your project, the remaining 50%
balance must be paid in full before the final handover of
credentials and source code (if applicable).
3. Cancellation
You may cancel the project at any time before the Demo Approval
stage without any cost. However, once the 50% payment is made after
the demo, cancellation will not result in a refund of that amount.
